Staying calm when your stock drops

The first time one of my stocks dropped 8% in a day, I panicked and wanted to sell immediately. But watching the market more taught me that ups and downs are normal, and patience usually wins. I’ve learned to zoom out and think long-term instead of reacting to every little dip. Staying calm is one of the most underrated skills in investing, especially for teenagers like me.
